I’m on a mission to redefine rest and success. We can rest, we must rest, if we are to rise long-term. I guide my clients to embrace rest so they can rise – whether that’s the women who I coach or the workplaces and communities that I support.
As the Founder of Breathing Mindful Coaching, I blend my expertise and training in life & breath coaching and Mindfulness Meditation to provide holistic support. I hold a BSc in Psychology & Sociology as well as certification in mindfulness meditation, breath coaching, and life coaching.
