We support organisations with training, management/leadership development, diversity and inclusion advice and support, coaching and consultancy.

Natasha (CEO/Founder) was the winner of Stonewall Cmyru’s LGBT+ ‘Ally of the Year’ Award 2018 and Runner up/Special mention – National Centre for Diversity 2016 ‘Inspirational person award’ and also named on Class of 2021 for the Women, Influence and Power in Law UK for her work as Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing at Mills & Reeve. In 2024 Natasha won the Women’s Award for Best female entrepreneur and winner of MBCC’s Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion award.
