A bit about me…

I have over two decades of merchandising experience from high street names to online retail giant ASOS (plus with my own small creative business thrown into the mix), so I am perfectly placed to help your business to thrive.

After cutting my merchandising teeth at River Island, Debenhams and Arcadia, I moved to online retailer ASOS in 2008 (a pivotal point in the retail world as customers increasingly moved online). At ASOS I implemented processes and structures across buying and merchandising, eventually rising to manage the merchandising for multi-million-pound departments including womenswear and ASOS China.

Whilst working for ASOS China, I was tasked with building, leading and developing the retail team in London and Shanghai, exposing me to all elements of running a business. As a result of my (and my team’s!) work, I proudly received a company award for being ‘Restlessly Innovative’.

After my second maternity leave, I decided to refocus on my own small business, designing, creating and selling baby mobiles and bunting. It was then that I spotted a gap for helping small and growing businesses with their merchandising, and Flourish was born.

Over the last 6 years, Flourish has won numerous awards for Merchandising excellence and I was a finalist at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards in 2023.
