After a 15 year career in finance and climate tech, most recently as CFO of sustainable aviation pioneer ZeroAvia where she raised $250m in Series A-C, Katya launched her own leadership and executive coaching business serving founders of mission-driven companies, with a particular passion for working with female founders.

Her approach brings together yin and yang – she is highly commercial and practical, but also intuitive, compassionate and spiritual. Her work creates discomfort in service of personal and professional impact and transformation.

She coaches individuals and teams, and also offers hybrid coaching & strategic advisory services leveraging her operating and investing experience.
