Before setting up Limelight I worked in-house with big creative brands like the BBC, Nickelodeon, The Guardian. Since setting up the business I have focused on practical, engaging ways to help managers and their teams thrive, including creating an Amazon best-selling annual planner for managers called The Planager. I’ve spoken on a number of stages including the Edinburgh Television Festival and Manchester United and regularly appear on Podcasts and panel discussions
