Can my business be listed in the directory?

To be listed in the Female Founders Directory, businesses must meet the following criteria:

  • B2B SaaS, Services, or Solutions: Your business must offer products or services that solve problems for other businesses or entrepreneurs. The Female Founders Directory is designed to connect B2B. The directory attracts businesses looking for support to help their business thrive. 
  • Business Registered in the UK: We currently welcome members based in the UK only (for now!).
  • 50%+ Female or Non-Binary Owned: At least half of the ownership must be by women or non-binary individuals.
  • Active Online Presence: Your business should have a live website and an active presence online.

We are not onboarding other communities/masterminds/ networking groups though will be reviewing this in 2025.

Our pricing is designed to be flexible and fair, with options to suit different budgets:

  • Monthly: £30 + VAT
  • Annually: £330 + VAT (includes 1 month free)

Joining the Female Founders Directory is easy!

We operate a waitlist system and onboard new members in cohorts. Here’s how it works:

  1. Join the Waitlist: Simply sign up on our website to join the waitlist.
  2. Cohort Onboarding: We onboard new members in batches, so when a new cohort is ready, you’ll receive an invitation to complete your registration.
  3. Complete Your Registration: Once invited, you’ll have the opportunity to select your membership plan (monthly or annual), and complete the onboarding form. 
  4. Review: We’ll review your submission and let you know when your listing is live. 

Note: There is a 7-day free trial which essentially allows us to get you up and running on the site before payment is taken.

Yes, we now welcome B2B tech businesses, provided they meet our other criteria: UK-based, 50%+ female or non-binary owned, and offering a product or service that solves problems for other businesses or entrepreneurs.

Yes, coaches can join as long as they meet the main criteria: offering B2B services or solutions. If you coach businesses, entrepreneurs, or teams, and meet the other requirements (UK-based, 50%+ female or non-binary owned, and have an active online presence), we’d be thrilled to have you!

We are working on enabling buyers to filter to find coaches specifically.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancelled memberships. However, you will continue to enjoy all membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.

You can request a change to your listing using our change request form. We will make changes at least once per week, so please allow 7 days for the change to be made. 

1:1 matching is a fantastic opportunity for members to connect and collaborate directly. We match members based on their interests and needs, facilitating meaningful conversations and collaborations.

Right now, we’re focusing on UK-based businesses. However, we may look to expand in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

We spotlight different members from the directory on our LinkedIn network of over 38k followers.

This may include sharing your business story, services, and any recent news you’d like to highlight. Annual members are automatically included in this feature rotation and will be contacted to submit their information.

If you’re one of the first 100 to sign up for the yearly plan, you’ll have the opportunity to be featured in the FFR newsletter once a year. 

This newsletter currently goes out to 8000 members and has a 50%+ open rate! 

This feature can help you reach a broader and highly engaged audience (normally this is worth £500!).

We don’t have specific discounts for startups at the moment. However, the annual plan offers great value with one month free and additional benefits.
