Named as one of the trailblazing 45 Women over 45 in PR by Women in PR UK in 2022 – I have worked in the publicity world for nearly three decades.

With over 27 years of experience, I’ve worked with renowned brands such as Cartoon Network, CNN, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Earthwatch, Betty Crocker, The Royal College of Art, Sense, and the Harley Street Fertility Clinic, among many others.

Today, my mission is to empower health and wellness experts, entrepreneurs, and female founders to get into the press for themselves to elevate their expertise, have a greater impact, and drive sales, as well as traffic.

I offer a blend of experience and a willingness to open doors and facilitate introductions that could redefine the trajectory of your business, and life, as well as the health and well-being of your clients.

With a deep understanding of the PR industry, coupled with current insights into press dynamics and strategies to conquer visibility fears, I help health and wellness professionals just like you make a profound impact through media exposure while strengthening your offerings and messaging.

From traditional newspapers and magazines as well as podcasts, radio, and television, my comprehensive teaching and mentoring will help you to navigate the media landscape and steer you towards exciting, profit-worthy opportunities.

As an author, coach, mother, and charity founder, I understand the transformative power of publicity, both on a professional and personal level. Having used PR to become an international, award-winning hip dysplasia campaigner, I stand as living proof of its efficacy and want this for you, too.

I am a CIPR committee member and an advisor for the mental health charity, Spark UK, a mentor at the University of Westminster, and guest lecturer at colleges and universities.

In 2024, I launched YOMU Magazine will provide further opportunities for health and wellness experts to secure press coverage and plan to start my PhD at the end of the year, and yes, it’s research into PR and the media.

Based in Devon, when my OOO is on, you’ll find me on the beach with my family or catching waves with my dogs, or reading Red with a coffee after a good retail therapy session.
