I am a TV Presenter, Sunday Times Best Selling Author and Media Coach who specialises in overcoming fear. I have interviewed some of the biggest stars in the world, including Oprah Winfrey.

I work with female founders, brand leaders and creatives looking to improve their confidence and skill in talking about themselves and their brand. Navigating questions with finesse is a skill, so I help clients deliver key brand messaging during live on-camera interviews, plus radio, podcast, print and online.

Having spent over 20 years as a national broadcaster, I have found that it doesn’t matter what level of success people have achieved, it’s how they feel about themselves when they are engaging with the media that helps them connect with journalists during interviews, their peers at networking events and prospective customers at speaking events.

To make sure my clients get the most out of my training, I always start with a short questionnaire so I know exactly what they want, to ensure our sessions are bespoke and they get results quickly.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to get an idea of where we are.

I start with a 3-hour session (in person or over zoom), and then further 1-hour sessions as necessary. This is particularly useful if a client is in campaign, and needs support during interview rounds, as we can break down the subtle shifts in messaging needed for each type of interview.

In every case, I deal with the person as an individual, to understand fully what their wants and needs are, so that they feel comfortable, confident and enjoy the process of putting themselves in the spotlight.
