Our goal is to establish hybrid, community-led workspaces for parents, predominantly mothers where rising childcare costs and long waiting lists are preventing women from returning to their working careers and restoring financial stability for their future.
Our idea has evolved from our personal experience of childcare in London, and from talking to other mothers around the UK who are experiencing similar challenges.
Rising childcare costs can make it financially unviable for many mothers to work, as the cost of care often outweighs or significantly reduces their income.
This creates a difficult decision between continuing their careers or staying at home to save on childcare expenses.
No one else is doing it! There isn’t a space in the UK focused on working mothers.
