I am a neurodivergent entrepreneur who transitioned from a high-powered corner office at a 5-star hotel to the fast-paced and dynamic world of tech and consulting.

I founded Upgrading Women, a brand and content agency helping female founders go to market. I am the first Indonesian immigrant in the UK that has been invited as a thought-leader in Southampton City Council and a mentor in tech start-up scenes like Barclays Eagle Labs and Virgin Start Up.

My dedication in unlocking the voices of the underrepresented workforce stems from my lived experiences. I am also committed to making a tangible impact in her community and has made a pledge to take on one pro-bono client for every paying client.
