Upwards is led by Katie: a mission driven leader with 15+ years experience ranging from Chief Marketing Officer roles early stage climate startups in hyper growth mode, to leadership roles at global corporates, including the BBC and Eventbrite.  People centric by nature and training, Katie holds an MSc in Behaviour Change and a diploma in coaching.
