Wonder Years Project was founded from my personal struggles navigating life transitions while striving to be mindfully present for parents and children in my care.
I observed that many early years parents faced similar challenges due to their own life transitions. This led me to start using coaching conversations to help them navigate their developmental transitions and to support their children’s development.
The impact was far-reaching, with parents reporting that they used these techniques at work and shared their anxieties about returning to work and juggling multiple roles.
Most of my clients are women from diverse backgrounds, including stay-at-home mothers, early years teachers, lawyers, business leaders and doctors.
Wonder Years Project aims to support wellbeing and opportunities to flourish through personal and professional transitions. Clients seek our services for various reasons, such as managing stress, getting pregnant, improving work performance, finding a mindful space to discuss motherhood, setting goals, practicing self-compassion, and balancing different roles while building a business.
With a background in psychology, particularly developmental and coaching psychology, my experience as a Montessori Guide and early years teacher is integral in working with women and parents.
Our unique ‘follow the client’ approach, inspired by the Montessori method, ensures personalised and adaptive guidance tailored to your specific needs. We focus on helping you flourish through life transitions, empowering you to navigate changes with resilience and confidence.
